Both networks suck these days. But I was a 90's kid so I watched Nickelodeon and saw shows like Double Dare, Are You Afraid Of The Dark, Salute Your Shorts, All That, Kenan & Kel, Guts, Legends of The Hidden Temple, Nick Arcade, The Secret World of Alex Mack. Even though Sam & Cat is no where near up to par with these classic Nick Shows it's the most funniest and most tolerable program on the network currently. Nickelodeon is at it's lowest point in it's entire history. Don't even get me started on the collapse of Disney Channel.
When I was younger I enjoyed both. However, if I had to choose one over the other it would be Nickelodeon. Disney is nothing but live action garbage now. Not the Disney channel I grew up with.

well, i loved nick for the spongebob, although disney did it for me - good luck charlie, thats so raven, hannah montana, lizzie mcguire, the suite life of zac and cody, so random! although the channel does suck now :/
i used to love disney. now all the shows on there stink. they cancelled all the good shows. i like teen nick because they air the old good shows like drake & josh, Zoey 101, icarly, unfabulous, all that.
