This happens to everyone at one point or another. And it probably won't be the last time it happens to you. Don't worry about it too much. And try to see the humor in the things that happen to you. I'm sure everyone else is amused by this.
And you need our help in what exactly? If he hasn't said anything, you don't need to tell him anything. And if he does, just explain to him what it's about, well if it IS appropriate for your age that is as I haven't watched it, so don't know what's the content.

I just started watching this tv show called the league and in the second season there this episode where they film a porno and my dad walked in at that exact moment. Luckily i paused it on a frame with nothing inappropriate but i think he knows what is was. Also im 13 and need help!!!??
