I haven't been up to date with CBB this season, but from what I have seen he just seems to be telling Casey what she wants to hear, and he's doing it with Jasmine too... Then when they get together, they catch Lee out in his sh*t, so his story changes... I don't even know he realises what he's doing, and I do think that he believes he's innocent and then what he is doing is okay.
I don't think he's a Rat, because I used to have the biggest crush on him a few years ago, but I do know that he needs to stop leading Casey on. I don't think he realizes he is, and I think he is trying to put things right but he's going the wrong way about it.
