Hostages began last week its about the President needing surgery and so a group of terrorists, kidnap his surgeons family and tell her that in order to save her family she must kill the president during the surgery.
My favorite on-going series is Community ( http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1439629/ ). Currently in it's 5th season, after the 5th season is over, it has a total of 97 episodes which are around 22 minutes each... it's a comedy show.
